We are a Tucson-based commercial property management company looking for a dependable evening cleaning technician to maintain two professional office buildings in central Tucson. This is a part-time, evening position — ideal for someone who works well independently, takes pride in a clean environment, and wants consistent weekly work with straightforward expectations.
What you'll do:
- Empty and remove trash from all suites nightly
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms daily; stock with soap, toilet paper, and seat covers
- Mop common areas and hallways on a set weekly/monthly schedule
- Perform full suite cleanings on a rotating schedule (vacuum, mop, dust, windex desks)
- Dust window ledges, tables, and building entrance areas
- Clean glass on front and back entry doors
- Monitor supply levels and inquire with office for Amazon when running low; stock storage room upon delivery
- Inspect interior and exterior lighting and report any damage or outages
- Secure all doors and lock up the property at the end of each shift
What we're looking for:
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — you'll be working evenings on your own. Comfortable working in professional office buildings after hours. Able to follow a cleaning checklist and rotating suite schedule. Basic comfort ordering supplies online (Amazon) and tracking inventory. Responsive via text or email for property manager communication.
Supplies & equipment:
All supplies and equipment are provided — mop and bucket, commercial broom, Shark vacuum, Windex, toilet cleaner, pledge, and duster. Consumable supplies are ordered through Amazon as needed. No need to bring your own materials.
We will have a trial cleaning as close to the interview as possible that is paid.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
