Barista / Front of House Team Member
Easy Young is a modern Asian café serving handcrafted matcha, specialty coffee, bagels, comfort food, and Asian-inspired bites. We're looking for an experienced Barista who enjoys both crafting quality drinks and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare handcrafted coffee, matcha, and specialty beverages with consistency
- Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and dining area
- Run food and drinks, and keep the café welcoming
- Answer customer questions and make menu recommendations
- Follow recipes, food safety, and quality standards
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks
- Work as a team to deliver a great guest experience during busy service
Qualifications:
- Previous barista experience required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
- Passion for coffee, matcha, and hospitality
- Weekend availability is preferred
