Cynos Express LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media and Influencer Coordinator to join our team in East Rutherford, NJ. This full-time, on-site role is focused on building and managing our influencer network while supporting our brand presence across major social platforms. Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media and Influencer Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The main focus of this role is to collect data on relevant influencers, initiate contact, and manage ongoing communication as the representative of our company. This position is perfect for someone passionate about marketing who wants to showcase their unique style and creative eye, even without extensive industry experience.
Duties
Identify, research, and collect data on potential influencers and content creators across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Reach out to influencers and handle daily communication, acting as the main point of contact and representing the company professionally.
Coordinate product sending, tracking, and follow-ups with influencer partners. Create simple, engaging content for our social media channels, utilizing basic photo and video editing skills.
Monitor social media trends and industry conversations to find new outreach opportunities.
Collaborate with the team to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing goals. Review and proofread all communications and content before sending or publishing.
Qualifications
Strong passion for marketing and social media trends.
No professional experience required; entry-level candidates are highly welcome.
A portfolio of your creative work, social media style, or past projects is strictly required to help us understand your visual and creative style.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple conversations and data sheets.
Open-minded and comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural environment.
