Now Hiring: Seasoned, High-Volume Bartender (Patio & Stadium Rush). Are you a fast, focused, and experienced bartender who thrives when the pressure is on? We are a busy restaurant and patio bar located right in the action near Gillette Stadium, and we are looking for a rockstar bartender to join our team. Sundays are our biggest days, so full Sunday availability is an absolute requirement for this position. If you can handle a high-volume crowd with a smile, keep your station clean under pressure, and crush a massive rush during concert and game days, we want to hear from you. What You Will Do
- Mix drinks, pour draft beers, and craft cocktails at a lightning-fast pace.
- Manage a high-volume bar top, patio crowd, and service well simultaneously.
- Deliver excellent, attentive hospitality even when the bar is three-people deep.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar before, during, and after shifts.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of high-volume bartending experience (stadium, nightclub, or busy patio environment preferred).
- Availability: Must have open Sunday availability (no exceptions). Flexibility for game days and concert nights is essential.
- Speed & Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and maintain a high energy level in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Expert knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and efficient POS operation.
- Attitude: A reliable team player with strong communication skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
