About Robust Roofing
We are a residential roofing company serving North Georgia with a 5.0 Google rating. We specialize in storm damage restoration and insurance claims. Most roofs come off in the morning and are finished by evening, backed by a 50-year labor warranty. We keep a full-time licensed P&C insurance adjuster on the team, so our homeowners get real claim expertise. And we give 50% of our profit to Gospel-centered ministries.
What you will do
You own your jobs from the first knock to the final check:
* Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and set free roof inspections
* Inspect roofs and document hail and wind damage
* Guide homeowners through their insurance claim and meet the adjuster on site
* Run the material meeting, oversee build day, and collect final payment
* Track leads, jobs, and stats in RoofMap, our in-house app
How you get paid
* Full-time position: $60,000 base salary plus commission
* Commission on every job you close, with no cap
* Paid biweekly
What you need
* Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
* Smartphone
* Comfortable on ladders and walking roofs
* Confident knocking doors and talking with homeowners
* Self-motivated: you run your own schedule and pipeline
* Roofing, restoration, or door-to-door sales experience is a plus, not required. You get a written training manual and field shadowing with an experienced PM.
