Insight Global is hiring Fire Safety / Sprinkler Service Technicians to support a growing fire protection team serving commercial customers throughout Northern Maryland and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sprinkler system experience who enjoys working independently in the field, troubleshooting equipment, and building a long-term career within the fire protection industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Service, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair fire sprinkler systems
- Work with wet, dry, and pre-action systems
- Perform maintenance on fire pumps and backflow systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and system specifications
- Complete service documentation and inspection reports
- Travel to customer sites throughout Northern Maryland and occasionally into Pennsylvania
- Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and supervisors
What We're Looking For
- 1-5+ years of experience with fire sprinkler systems or related fire protection equipment
- Experience servicing, installing, inspecting, or troubleshooting sprinkler systems
- Knowledge of wet and dry sprinkler systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently and interact professionally with customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pre-action systems
- Fire pump experience
- Backflow experience
- NICET Certification
- Sprinkler or Backflow License

Pay Range: $25/hr - $35/hr depending on experience
