What You'll Do
As Store Manager, you'll lead daily operations while inspiring your team to achieve excellence together.
- Create a welcoming, customer-first experience for every guest.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Ensure full compliance with Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) regulations.
- Lead all day-to-day store operations with consistency and attention to detail.
- Oversee cash handling, training, inventory, merchandising, product presentation, and operational excellence.
- Drive sales by motivating your team through coaching, product knowledge, and outstanding service.
- Maintain accurate cash handling, reporting, deposits, and operational records.
- Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner with marketing and leadership to execute promotions, events, and community engagement.
- Create an organized, efficient back-of-house operation that supports the sales floor.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and fellow leaders across the company.
- Lead with professionalism, integrity, and a solution-focused mindset.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
- 5+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong knowledge of Washington State LCB regulations.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and unite a team around common goals.
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work throughout the sales floor, office, and backroom during busy business hours.
