Job Summary
Join a vibrant team as a Booth Rental Beauty Professional, you will have the exciting opportunity to operate your own booth within a dynamic salon studio environment. This role empowers licensed nail techs to showcase their talents, build their client base, and grow your business while enjoying the private suite atomphere. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional nail and/or face wax services while managing client relationships, and maintaining a professional and sanitized workspace. This position offers flexibility, independence, and the chance to thrive in a collaborative studio setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nail and wax services including nail care, nail extensions, and/or facial waxing.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation in accordance with health and safety standards to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs and recommend suitable services.
- Stay current with industry trends to provide innovative services.
Requirements
- Valid nail or waxing license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority. Or willing to commit to apprentice hours towards getting their license.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
- Experience working with diverse clientele.
