Job Summary
RCA Construction is seeking an experienced Repairs Project Manager to oversee residential restoration and reconstruction projects from production through completion.
This position is responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, controlling quality and costs, communicating with homeowners, and ensuring each project is completed efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate has strong residential construction knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple active projects throughout Sonoma and Marin counties.
Key Responsibilities
- Run daily production operations
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Monitor project progress and minimize delays
- Ensure workmanship meets RCA quality standards
- Protect project budgets and company profitability
- Reduce rework, material waste, and unnecessary costs
- Communicate regularly with homeowners regarding progress and scheduling
- Resolve field issues and construction-related problems
- Identify scope discrepancies and potential change orders
- Conduct regular job-site inspections
- Complete final walkthroughs and manage punch-list items
- Collect and submit completion documents, photos, and project records
- Coordinate closely with the estimator, project coordinator, and company leadership
Qualifications
- Residential construction, remodeling, restoration, or project management experience required
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and building practices
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple active projects
- Ability to read construction scopes, estimates, and plans
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication with homeowners, subcontractors, and office staff
- Ability to work independently and make timely field decisions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using a computer, smartphone, email, and project management systems
- Insurance restoration experience is preferred
- Xactimate or XactAnalysis experience is a plus
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
