Water Lily Coffee is looking for a friendly, reliable Part-Time Barista to join our coffee cart team. We serve thoughtfully crafted coffee with warmth, positivity, and hospitality, creating meaningful moments through every cup. Please only apply if hours listed below align with your availability.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Daily specialty coffee service as a mobile bar at a Bay Area tech company
(Consistent morning hours)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks and specialty beverages
- Provide warm, welcoming customer service
- Set up and break down the coffee cart efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Represent the Water Lily Coffee brand with professionalism and positivity
What We’re Looking For:
- Barista or coffee experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Friendly, calm, and dependable personality
- Comfortable working independently in a morning service environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Professionalism - able to blend into corporate enviornment
- Passion for coffee, community, and creating a great experience
