About Us
Local, full-service restoration company specializing in water, mold, and fire mitigation and remediation for residential and commercial clients across Oʻahu. We deliver fast emergency response, professional mitigation, and long-term prevention solutions. We’re seeking a driven Business Development / Sales Representative to grow our client base, build relationships with property managers and commercial accounts, and convert leads into projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships (property managers, insurance agents, general contractors, HOAs, hotels, commercial building owners).
- Conduct on-site assessments and provide consultative sales presentations and estimates for mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction services.
- Qualify leads, document scope of work, prepare proposals and scopes, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- Coordinate with operations and mitigation crews to ensure seamless handoff, accurate scopes, and timely project start.
- Maintain CRM with pipeline updates, activity logs, and client communications.
- Represent the company at industry events, community meetings, and local business groups.
- Track competitor activity, market trends, and identify opportunities for new services or partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Qualifications
- 2+ years sales or business development experience; restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or related B2B background strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of mitigation: water extraction/drying, mold remediation, fire/soot cleanup, basic construction terminology preferred. Training or certifications (IICRC WRT, ASD, AMRT) a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Professional, dependable, customer-focused.
- Comfortable performing on-site assessments, walking properties, and working around active mitigation sites.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record; able to travel island-wide and work flexible hours for emergencies as needed.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, JobNimbus, or similar) and MS Office.
- Ability to read moisture maps, scope jobs, and collaborate with technical teams is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
