Position Details
Position: Professional Residential House Cleaner
Location: Decatur, GA & surrounding areas
Schedule: Full-Time | Daytime Hours (Typically 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Pay: $22+ per hour + Tips + Performance Bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Clean residential homes and Airbnb properties.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail all assigned areas.
- Change bedding and complete light laundry when required.
- Clean baseboards, blinds, ceiling fan blades, cobwebs, and other detailed cleaning tasks.
- Maintain the company standard, review customer notes, and checklists to ensure nothing is missed.
- Take consistent before-and-after photos of every room from the same angle using your smartphone to document completed work and protect both the customer and the company.
- Work independently or with a teammate depending on the job and customer needs.
- Work efficiently with urgency while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Communicate promptly with management throughout the workday.
- Report delays, damages, unexpected conditions, customer requests outside the scope of work, and safety concerns immediately.
- When you’re unsure about something, ask management, never guess.
- Notice the details that others might miss to deliver an exceptional cleaning experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude with customers.
- Keep company equipment and your supplies clean, organized, and ready for the next job.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Residential cleaning experience preferred.
- Reliable personal vehicle (not shared).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Smartphone with reliable service.
- Daytime availability Monday through Friday.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work every day.
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists
- Able to communicate promptly by text throughout the workday.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional work and leaving every home better than they found it.
- Honest, trustworthy, and respectful of every customer’s home and belongings.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift approximately 25–35 pounds.
- Comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced environment.
