We're looking for a Medical Assistant who enjoys working closely with patients, takes pride in staying organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike.
This isn't just a rooming-and-vitals position. You'll become an integral part of a small team, helping create an exceptional patient experience while supporting the daily operations of a modern wellness practice.

What You'll Do
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Complete InBody body composition scans
- Coordinate laboratory testing and pharmacy communication
- Manage patient messages and provider inbox
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling
- Track inventory and maintain clinic supplies
- Help keep the clinic clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Support the provider throughout the day to deliver exceptional patient care
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has strong phlebotomy skills
- Has at least 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
- Is confident using EMR systems and technology
- Communicates professionally and compassionately
- Is dependable and follows through on commitments
- Can prioritize multiple tasks without losing attention to detail
- Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
- Values health, wellness, and helping patients feel their best
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
