What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound buyer inquiries
- Making outbound follow-up calls to active prospects
- Pre-qualifying homebuyers
- Explaining mortgage options in simple terms
- Partnering with agents to move buyers forward
- Managing pipeline and follow-up in CRM
Maintaining strong daily activity levels

Compensation
W2 through PRMG (Paramount Residential Mortgage Group) with full benefits.
This role includes a base salary for stability plus production bonuses tied directly to loan volume.
Top performers treat this role as a commission-driven opportunity with unlimited upside.
Our model is built around high activity and consistent buyer conversations, which allows strong performers to build a six-figure income.
The base salary provides peace of mind while ramping up, but the real earning potential comes from production.
Qualifications
- An active NMLS license is required
- Mortgage or real estate sales experience preferred
- Comfortable with high phone activity
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive and self-motivated

This is a full-time, in-office role in Tampa, Florida.
