Temple Natural Health (formerly Tummy Temple) is looking for a Naturopathic Doctor specializing in digestion, detoxification, and endocrine/hormone balancing to join our Seattle clinic team.
We are an employee-structured, small business of 23 years with locations in NE Seattle and Olympia. The unique culture we have cultivated is best suited for energetic, self-managing, heart-centered, well organized, and highly collaborative practitioners who work well on a close team of multidisciplinary practitioners.
Our ideal candidate is committed to providing physical medicine therapies alongside consultative support and has an experience level of 3+ years postgraduate. On the job training is available for IV infusions, colon hydrotherapy, and lymphatic therapy for those with a strong foundation. These techniques are used by our ND team members for diagnostic information, program planning, and treatment. Diagnostics (microbiome, blood, toxicity panels, hormone panels, etc.), effective supplementation, and integrated treatment planning are expected and essential.
Our compensation structure includes hourly and commissions for service and product sales. Familiarity with and enthusiasm for a cash-based business model is essential to the success of this role. We are hiring for full time but flexible to start with part time. The candidate will train with Tummy Temple's Medical Director, Dr. Jamie Doughty ND, and other senior ND and support staff.

Compensation & Benefits include:
- Wage: $72-$108 per ND session hour + product commissions for facility and online sales
- Strictly enforced 24 hour cancellation policies providing you with full no show and late cancellation commissions
- Paid time off according to Seattle Safe and Sound policy - 1 hour for every 40 hours worked, Potential for merit based PTO
