Overview:
Zippy Property Maintenance is hiring a hands-on Fence Installer / Junk Removal Specialist to handle fence installations, old fence removals, and residential clean-outs. If you are a skilled, reliable, and hardworking individual who takes pride in manual labor and quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
Install and repair wood, vinyl, and chain-link fencing according to project specifications
Remove and safely dispose of old, damaged fencing materials
Perform heavy lifting and hauling for residential junk removal and house clean-outs
Operate post-hole diggers, augers, and mix/pour concrete for secure fence posts
Ensure all debris and junk are cleared from job sites, leaving them clean and professional
Complete labor-intensive tasks efficiently and report progress to management
Experience:
Prior experience in fence installation is required
Must possess and bring your own tools required for fence installation
Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle/transportation to travel to and from various job sites are required
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs consistently, haul heavy items, and perform strenuous physical labor throughout the day
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
