Commercial B2B Credit Analyst (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Credit Analyst (Temp-to-Hire), you’ll be a key support partner in the commercial credit process—helping manage the intake and processing of
B2B credit applications, maintaining clean and accurate customer data, and assisting with project verification that supports preliminary notice and lien workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with details, collaborating across departments, and keeping credit operations moving smoothly in a high-volume environment.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial (B2B) credit, accounts receivable, or billing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume application processing and account updates
- Ability to verify trade and bank references and assemble credit documentation for review
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and diplomatic approach to financial conversations
- Ability to review accounts receivable aging and coordinate follow-ups with collections leadership
- Comfort researching and resolving billing inquiries (short pays, missing documentation, minor discrepancies)
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working with ERP systems (especially Epicor Kinetics)
- Experience with CRM platforms (especially Microsoft Dynamics)
- Familiarity with construction billing, progress payments, and/or the preliminary notice process
- Experience assisting with monthly credit reporting, summaries, or portfolio updates for management
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma required
- College-level coursework in accounting, finance, or business administration is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or building material supply environments is preferred
Other Requirements
- Full-time, temp-to-hire
- Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Pay: $25.00–$26.00/hour (depending on qualifications)
