The Karr Group is hiring skilled, dependable Maintenance team members supporting several of Killington’s most popular hospitality properties.
About the Role
As part of our Maintenance Team, you’ll help ensure all properties are clean, safe, and fully functional. This hands-on job involves working across seven locations, maintaining both indoor and outdoor areas to create a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general facility and equipment maintenance across properties.
- Complete routine janitorial, landscaping, and groundskeeping duties.
- Maintain outdoor areas, including mowing, weeding, snow and ice removal, and salting walkways.
- Operate maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and power tools.
- Clear debris, empty trash receptacles, and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Provide support to other Karr Group business operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.
- Experience using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all seasonal environments.
- Physically capable of performing heavy work, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Must be available to work weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license required.
