This individual will have superior written and oral communication skills, as well as knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). Experience/knowledge in the following areas is preferred:
- Differentiated instruction

Understanding of Vermont special education policies and procedures

Discipline and restorative practice strategies

Understanding of positive behavior supports

Familiarity with Vermont law as it applies to school related matters
