Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities
- Demonstrate vehicles’ features and benefits effectively to meet customer needs and preferences
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads and follow-ups using CRM software
- Upsell additional products, services, or accessories to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or face-to-face, ensuring positive experiences at every touchpoint
Skills
- Requires a valid California Salesperson's License
- Must have a valid California Driver License
- Driving record must meet company insurance carrier standards for insurability
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail automotive sales with dealership exposure is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities that facilitate communication with diverse customer bases
- Excellent organizational skills to manage a busy sales pipeline
- Proficiency in CRM software for tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Outstanding communication skills, including phone etiquette, to engage customers confidently
- Ability to perform cold calling and outbound sales activities with enthusiasm and persistence
- Strong customer service orientation combined with organizational skills necessary for high-end sales environments
