Job Title: Weekday Lead Caregiver Monday-Friday / Weekend Lead Caregiver Saturday - Sunday

Employment Type: Weekday Lead, Guaranteed (40hrs) Weekend Lead, Guaranteed (16 hrs)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate Starting at $19 (based on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Lead Caregivers to join our caregiving team in the DuPage and Will county areas. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong background in bed bound and dementia care who is available to provide support as needed .
The Lead Caregiver will be on call Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, ready to step in to provide hands-on care, guidance, and support for both clients and team members. The Weekend Lead will be on call Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with start of care for new clients
- Train and coach fellow caregivers
- Provide in-home care services, including personal care, transfers, and companionship
- Support clients with hospice and dementia care needs
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers including, Pivot, Hoyer lift, Sit to Stand is a must
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care
- Respond promptly to last-minute or emergency shift
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in caregiving, including hospice and dementia clients
- Ability to perform personal care tasks and safe transfers
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Be able to work within the Dupage and Will county areas
- CNA certification or similar preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must pass background check and provide professional references
