Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA techniques to promote independence, social skills, and personal growth through fun and interactive activities tailored to each child's unique needs.

Teaching skills to enhance communication and functioning

Implementing and facilitating behavior plans, monitoring outcomes, and adjusting strategies as needed

Restructuring environments to support positive outcomes and reduce problematic behaviors
-
Collecting data and maintaining accurate records
-
Communicating with behavior analysts, families, and peers to coordinate activities and advocate for individual needs
-
Completing daily progress notes and maintaining accurate records

RBT Pay Ranges Based on Experience & Education:
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Requirements:
Qualifications:
-
RBT Certification required
-
Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
-
High school diploma or GED equivalent
-
Pass a National Criminal Background check
-
Reliable transportation
-
Ability to physically engage with children in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30lbs and maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.

Fluent in Spanish - plus but not required.
-
Must be willing to travel and work in-home settings.

Childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor, etc.) (Preferred)
-
Mental health advocates and professionals (QMHP, behavioral health technicians) (Preferred)
-
Camp counselors, volunteers, youth faith group leaders or youth coaching (Preferred)
-
Degrees in special education, teaching, psychology, sociology, or related fields (Preferred)
-
Experience as direct support, paraprofessionals, or life skills assistants (Preferred)
