Compensation:

Earn up to $38 per hour for Full Time night shift LPN.
- Earn up to $44 per hour for Full Time night shift RN
Full Time 7p-7a position available. This schedule does require an every other weekend rotation. 1 year of Long Term Care experience required.

Key Responsibilities
-
Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with all regulations and facility standards
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Supervise and support STNA team members
- Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting
- Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment
- Assist with staff orientation and training
Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
