Onsite Staffing Recruiter Location:
City of Industry, CA Pay Rate: $23–$24 per hour
We are currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Onsite/Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an on-site position with occasional travel as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates for both skilled and general labor positions
- Conduct employee onboarding and new hire orientations
- Complete and verify I-9 documentation
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs and candidate placements
- Attend client sites when needed to assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and other recruiting methods
- Support daily office operations as needed
Requirements
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience is required
- Knowledge of onboarding, I-9 verification, and payroll processes
- Experience with uAttend is preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, administrative, and skilled positions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job orders
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
