Overview
Weekend Max Mara is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
This role is responsible for supporting stylists and store operations by ensuring all administrative, operational, and customer service initiatives are achieved and maintained to company standards. You will master the Point of Sale (POS) system to complete seamless transactions, maintain an organized stockroom and cash wrap, and help create an elevated customer experience. The unified goal of this position is to drive store productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with purchases, returns, and inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system (cash, credit, Apple Pay, gift cards, etc.).
- Support store operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, stock transfers, and restocking.
- Maintain overall store standards including cleanliness, music, lighting, and visual presentation.
- Assist with alterations coordination, ensuring a smooth process and client satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support for store management, including stock checks, supply ordering, and paperwork.
- Uphold store brand standards and contribute to a luxury retail shopping experience.
Requirements
- Previous retail or fashion sales experience preferred, especially in luxury or high-end environments.
- Strong knowledge of customer service best practices with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive retail setting with the ability to multitask.
- Skilled in handling multiple forms of payment transactions.
- Reliable, organized, and enthusiastic about fashion and client service.
