We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled professional doorman to join our team. As a doorman, your primary responsibility will be to safeguard our premises, assets, and personnel, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment. Your strong presence and proactive approach will play a crucial role in preventing any unauthorized or inappropriate actions on the premises.
Shift Schedule
Saturdays and Sundays 3:30pm- 11:15pm
Responsibilities
- Checking IDs and verifying age (Comply with state requirements)
- Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Checking in/out Vendors
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and disturbances
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents
- Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
- Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment
Skills
- Min 1 year of experience as a security guard or doorman position
- Ability to understand the state and local laws of a 502 establishment
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Integrity and professionalism
- High school degree
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
