Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3–5 years of legal experience handling commercial litigation and real estate transactional matters. This role offers substantial responsibility, attentiveness to detail, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
You will work alongside an expanding team of attorneys and paralegals based in Miami-Dade County. We value teamwork, initiative, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in The Florida Bar
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation and/or real estate transactional matters
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage litigation cases and real estate transactions independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
