Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Filter Technician to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and performance of HVAC, refrigeration, and property maintenance systems. As a Filter Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, installing, cleaning, and repairing filters across various commercial and industrial environments. Your expertise will ensure optimal air quality, system longevity, and energy efficiency. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of air filters, and other mechanical filtration components across multiple sites.
- Install, replace, or repair filters in HVAC systems
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, including inspections performed, parts replaced, and repairs completed for compliance and future reference.
Requirements
- No Experience needed as we train on the job.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred for transportation between sites.
- Ability to work safely in diverse environments while adhering to safety protocols related to HVAC/R maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
