Shirlee Beloved is a 10-bed upscale residential care facility dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized care in a warm, home-like setting. We're seeking a compassionate, reliable Certified Caregiver who takes pride in delivering elevated, attentive care to our residents.
We're growing! Our second location is currently in the permitting process and will be an even more upscale facility. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with our company — strong performers will have the opportunity to advance as we expand.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Prepare and serve meals, assisting with feeding as needed
Provide medication reminders/assistance per care plan
Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming living environment
Provide companionship and engage residents in daily activities
Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
Monitor and document any changes in resident health or behavior
Communicate with facility staff and families regarding resident care
Requirements
Required:
Certified Caregiver / CNA / HHA certification
CPR/First Aid certification
Fingerprint Clearance Card
Preferred:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Prior caregiving experience
Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy demeanor
Strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Available Shifts
We're hiring for multiple positions:
Shift Lead: 7:00am – 7:00pm
Caregiver Assistant: 7:30am – 7:30pm
Night Staff: 7:00pm – 7:00am

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
