Part-Time: Up to 25 hours per week

Schedule Options:

2 full days per week + Saturdays, OR

3 half days per week + Saturdays

Saturdays are required (2-3 Saturdays per month preferred)

Pay: $16-$19 per hour (DOE) + bonus opportunities
What You'll Do
As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, creating a welcoming and professional experience.
Responsibilities include:

Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

Schedule and conduct apartment tours

Follow up with prospects and manage leasing leads

Assist residents with questions, requests, and service needs

Coordinate maintenance requests and track work orders

Prepare and maintain lease files and documentation

Support occupancy goals and marketing efforts

Interact within our multi-family community through resident events & activities
