Join our new home construction team as a new home construction punch out specialist! In this vital role, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of new home building projects, ensuring all details meet quality standards and client expectations. Your expertise will help transform blueprints into finished homes, delivering exceptional results on time and within scope. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your hands-on skills and construction knowledge to bring new structures to life with professionalism .
Responsibilities
- Complete detailed punch list items for newly constructed homes
- Items, including drywall finishing, , trim carpentry, and fixture /cabinet adjustments. Caulking/ floor squeaks some minor drywall and painting touch up ect.
- Utilize tools such as power tools, hand tools, and needed equipment to complete touch-ups, repairs, and installations.
- Communicate with team members to address issues related to drywall installation, painting, caulking, glass /window/doors and cabinet installation.
- Must have or obtain Ohio workers comp certificate .
- Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the punch out process while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship standards.Qualifications
- Proven experience in new home construction.
- Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations relevant to new construction projects.
- Ability to identify issues quickly and communicate effectively with team members to resolve punch list items efficiently.
Pay: $26.18 - $31.53 per hour
