This is more than answering phones and scheduling appointments. As our Salon Coordinator & Beauty Advisor, you'll be the face of our salon while helping keep the day running smoothly. You'll support our team, build relationships with guests, recommend professional products, and help create an exceptional salon experience.
Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and create a warm, professional first impression
- Manage appointments, confirmations, and daily salon flow
- Support stylists and help keep the day running efficiently
- Recommend professional haircare products and process retail sales
- Enter invoices and assist with inventory management
- Keep the front desk and retail area organized and inviting
- Help resolve guest concerns with professionalism
- Take initiative and help wherever needed to keep the salon running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk operations
- A positive, friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable recommending products and educating guests
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems

Schedule
Tuesday: On Call
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Thursday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
This is a long-term position. College students are welcome to apply if they can commit to working year-round.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
