Kairos is an outcomes-focused pain relief and recovery center built to help people feel better in their bodies and lives—not through quick fixes, but through intentional, whole-person care. We address pain, tension, and nervous system overload by combining hands-on therapy with thoughtful, individualized support.
This is not a spa, and it is not a high-volume clinic. Our work is calm, focused, and grounded in helping people experience real, lasting relief.
- Provide therapeutic massage tailored to individual pain patterns and client needs
- Apply techniques such as deep tissue, therapeutic, sports-informed, and restorative massage
- Educate clients on body awareness, tension patterns, and self-care strategies
- Document sessions clearly and consistently using SOAP notes
- Maintain a calm, professional, and respectful treatment environment
- Collaborate with the Kairos team to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Client Retention: Build strong therapeutic relationships that lead to consistent return visits
- Pain & Tension Reduction: Support measurable improvements in discomfort, mobility, and physical ease
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete SOAP notes with full compliance
- Client Experience: Deliver high-quality care reflected in strong client feedback
- Active Massage Therapy license in Texas
- Strong interest in pain relief and therapeutic outcomes
- Ability to provide individualized, client-centered care
- Professional communication and documentation skills
