Responsibilities
- Lead daily franchise operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences.
- Supervise kitchen activities such as, food handling, food safety management, and inventory control to uphold quality standards..
- Oversee staffing functions including interviewing, staff training & development, shift management, and supervising hospitality teams to build a motivated workforce.
- Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all areas.
- Foster a positive team environment by providing leadership in food service management, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven management 2 years experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments with a strong background in food industry operations.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, kitchen management, and food safety protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively through training & development initiatives; prior assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills in inventory control, food production planning, catering operations, and banquet services.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff, manage shifts efficiently, and handle customer service challenges proactively.
- Safe Serve manager certification preferred.
