The automotive lab assistant assists automotive faculty in coordinating day-to-day classroom labs and to ensure safety.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Assists automotive faculty in coordinating day-to-day classroom labs and to ensure safety.Prepare and maintain lab equipment and tools for student use, ensuring everything is in proper working order and adheres to safety standards.Organize and assist in the inventory of supplies.Support instructors during lab sessions by demonstrating techniques, helping students operate equipment, and providing guidance on safe practices.Monitor lab activities to ensure students adhere to safety procedures, properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
