Are you a skilled RN with a passion for leadership and a desire to grow within a mission-based health organization? A leading Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving over 100,000 patients annually—is hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to join our clinic in the Bronx 10437.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a BSN or MSN-prepared nurse looking to lead care in a fast-paced outpatient setting while receiving mentorship and upward mobility. The ANM supports day-to-day clinic operations, supervises nursing staff, and steps into full Nurse Manager duties as needed.

What You’ll Do:
Clinical & Operational Leadership
- Partner with the Nurse Manager to implement patient care activities and nursing workflows
- Supervise and support nursing and clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality care
- Monitor the use of supplies, technology, and equipment within the unit
- Coordinate emergency room referrals and urgent care needs
- Step into full Nurse Manager duties when needed—including hiring, evaluations, and staff meetings
Quality & Performance Oversight
- Assist with quality reviews and initiatives that improve patient care delivery
- Lead and document care team huddles and meetings
- Stay current on clinical policies, infection control, and regulatory compliance
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives across the clinic
Schedule & Location:
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekends: Minimum one weekend per month (flexibility required based on site needs)
- Location: The Bronx, NY 10473
- COVID Vaccination: Required
Qualifications:
Education & Licensing
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current NYS license
- BSN required (MSN preferred)
- Current BCLS and Infection Control certifications
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a clinical setting (hospital, ambulatory, or outpatient)
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred—but charge nurse experience also welcome

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $95,000
- $5,000 BSN differential → $100,000
- $10,000 MSN differential → $105,000
- $5,000 Ambulatory Certification Bonus (if applicable)
