As a Tax Staff Accountant, you'll work alongside experienced CPAs serving individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, and nonprofit organizations. You'll gain hands-on experience preparing tax returns while building technical knowledge, professional confidence, and meaningful client relationships.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare federal and state tax returns for a variety of clients

Gather, organize, and review client tax and financial information

Communicate with clients regarding routine tax questions and document requests

Work closely with mentors and team members on client engagements

Progress toward CPA licensure and long-term career goals

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or nearing completion)

CPA candidate or intent to pursue licensure

Public accounting internship experience (Preferred)

Willingness to travel and work additional hours during busy seasons
