Oversee mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, and clean-ups

Ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards

Train and support team members

Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience

Leadership or team lead experience preferred

Strong organization and communication skills

Valid Drivers License required
