Digital Ads & Ecommerce Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Remote (Canada Preferred)
Hours: 3–10 hours per week
Compensation: $15–$19/hour + commission on digital sales growth

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Ads & Ecommerce Coordinator to help drive online sales through paid advertising, ecommerce optimization, and digital marketing support.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll be responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns, optimizing our ecommerce stores, and identifying opportunities to improve online conversion and customer acquisition.
The successful candidate must have direct experience setting up, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising
- Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other relevant channels
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, creative, and budgets to improve results
- Track return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and other key metrics
- Prepare simple monthly performance reports and recommendations
Ecommerce Management
- Support ongoing maintenance and optimization of Shopify stores
- Improve product listings, collections, landing pages, and customer experience
- Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal offers
- Monitor website analytics and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
Digital Growth Support
- Coordinate with content creators and internal team members to ensure ads have strong creative assets
- Test new audience segments, offers, and marketing strategies
- Research competitors and industry trends
- Identify opportunities to increase online revenue and customer retention
QualificationsRequired
- Previous experience creating and managing paid advertising campaigns
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Google Ads
- Experience working with Shopify
- Understanding of ecommerce metrics and reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision
Preferred
- Experience with Klaviyo or email marketing platforms
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience in food, beverage, health, wellness, or consumer packaged goods industries
- Basic graphic design or creative coordination experience
