We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Helper to join our team. The Warehouse Helper will support daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, works well in a team environment, and is ready to learn warehouse processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, shipments, and deliveries
- Move, organize, and store products and materials throughout the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Label, sort, and inspect incoming and outgoing items
- Help maintain accurate inventory organization
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow company safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist warehouse team members with daily tasks
Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn new tasks and processes
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Pay: $23.20 - $28.00 per hour
