RedCloud seeks a
Process Architecture Lead to support immediate client operations.
Location: Issaquah, WA (Hybrid)
Overview:
The Process Architecture Lead will define how our client’s future-state technology, processes, and operating model should evolve. Working in partnership with the Product / Business Roadmapping Lead, the Architecture Lead assesses technical feasibility, complexity, dependencies, process impacts, scalability, and future-state design considerations. Beyond roadmap planning, the role establishes architecture principles, target-state operating models, governance processes, and design review mechanisms that ensure modernization investments advance our client’s long-term business and technology strategy rather than recreating legacy solutions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assess technical feasibility, complexity, dependencies, and modernization constraints.
- Build and maintain future-state solution, process, and operating model designs.
- Develop technical sequencing criteria and architecture roadmaps.
- Define architecture standards, principles, and governance processes.
- Conduct design reviews and future-state alignment assessments.
- Establish target-state support models and operational structures.
- Identify process, technology, and organizational impacts of future-state designs.
- Partner with roadmap, delivery, and readiness teams to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, business architecture, or process transformation leadership.
- Experience supporting large-scale modernization, ERP, digital, or platform transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in operating model design and process architecture.
- Strong facilitation, governance, and executive advisory skills.
- Experience balancing business priorities with technical realities and long-term strategy.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business decisions and roadmap recommendations.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $177,000 - $197,000 (USD) + bonus programs + benefits.
