We’re seeking a skilled Seasonal Restaurant Manager to guide a hardworking but developing team toward high performance during our busiest months (May–October). Key Responsibilities:
- Team Development: Build, coach, and mentor a dedicated staff into a high-performing team capable of delivering top-tier guest experiences.
- Systems & Standards: Implement and refine operational processes to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain strict quality standards.
- Hands-On Leadership: Work 10-hour shifts on the floor, guiding and supporting your team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Weekend Availability: Must be prepared to handle peak business, especially on weekends (every weekend required).
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, cost controls, and inventory, ensuring profitability without compromising excellence.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Quickly identify operational challenges and take effective actions to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
- Brand Enhancement: Champion the venue’s identity by upholding service excellence and creating a memorable dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: At least four years managing a busy restaurant or similar hospitality setting, ideally involving team transformation.
- Leadership Mindset: Comfortable setting high standards, holding staff accountable, and celebrating group successes.
- Operational Acumen: Skilled in optimizing processes, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to motivate staff, work collaboratively with stakeholders, and address guest concerns effectively.
- Seasonal Commitment: Available full-time from May to October, covering long shifts during our busiest period.
