Duties
- Assist customers with jewelry sales, providing product information and no pressure sales
- Conduct retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring smooth cashiering and cash handling processes
- Manage pawn transactions by evaluating items, appraising value, and explaining loan terms clearly to clients
- Maintain organized merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to attract customer attention
- Ensure all retail math calculations are accurate for pricing, discounts, and transaction totals
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments, fostering positive communication with clients
- Must be at least 18 years old, be able to handle firearms and past a background check.
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales would be appreciated
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively but no necessary
- Knowledge of jewelry products, merchandising strategies, and basic math skills are advantageous
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a professional phone etiquette are necessary for success in this role
