Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
