Daycare Attendant – Dog Daycare & Boarding
Pay: From $15.85 per hour
Location: 3225 S Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO
The Bark Club, a family-owned dog daycare and boarding facility in Lakewood, is seeking part-time Daycare Attendants with the possibility of full-time hours to join our team.
Schedule Requirements
- Weekday shifts within operating hours:
6:30–11:30 AM and 2:00–7:00 PM
- Saturday: Between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 7:00–10:00 AM and 4:00–6:00 PM
- Weekends and holidays are required (holiday shifts rotate)
- Please do not apply if you are unable to work weekends
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation required
- Responsible, mature, and dependable
- Must love dogs (and cats!) and be comfortable handling large, strong dogs
- Prior professional pet care experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage playgroups of up to 15 dogs with kindness, confidence, and appropriate discipline
- Maintain clean and safe playgrounds, playrooms, kitchen areas, and kennels
- Remain alert and attentive at all times (cell phone use is not permitted during shifts)
- Work both indoors and outdoors
- Follow direction, work well with a team, and communicate effectively
- Have fun while paying close attention to detail and safety

Because we are a pet care facility and our busiest times are holidays, employees must be willing to work holidays on a rotating schedule.
Pay: From $15.85 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
