Kitchen Managers get to assist in store leadership with inventory control, ordering the truck, as well as putting up inventory. Kitchen managers will be in constant communication with GM on ways to improve Food Cost on a Daily basis. They will also assist LG2 in hiring & training the most efficient Team to get hot, fresh, quality food to Our Wonderful Customers. Last but not least, the kitchen Manager will get to ensure that All of the Kitchen Staff greets All of Our Valued Customers!
