PRIMARY FUNCTION: Participates actively as part of the treatment team by facilitating vocational orientated groups as well as psychosocial and psychoeducational groups as needed. Completing daily documentation.
Shift: Monday through Friday: (9 am – 3 pm – ½ hour unpaid lunch included)
Essential Functions include:

Develops and leads vocational orientated groups and some psychoeducational groups as it pertains to vocational readiness, as designated the Director of Clinical and Vocational Rehabilitation.

Provide supportive counseling of members, during group time.

Conduct ongoing communication with primary Rehabilitation Counselors and participate in treatment planning meetings and activities.

Provide supervision of students and/or volunteers assigned to the group

Order supplies necessary for the program with the approval of the Director of Clinical and Vocational Rehabilitation

Complete daily group notes and any other required documentation at the time of service (same day) in the Electronic Health Record system

Complete training in a timely manner

Participate in all staff and treatment team meetings as required

Other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer and/or Director of Clinical and Vocational Rehabilitation
REQUIREMENTS:

BA in Human Services preferred
-
Demonstrated experience with group counseling in a vocational or mental health setting required.
