Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to identify potential issues early.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install new appliances, HVAC components, and mechanical equipment following manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot complex problems related to air conditioning, refrigeration, appliance malfunctions, and mechanical failures with precision.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repair logs, and service reports for compliance and future reference.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize workload and ensure timely completion of maintenance projects while providing excellent customer service to internal clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair.
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams effectively.
- Knowledge of HVAC system repair—including air conditioning units—and refrigeration systems is essential.
- Mechanical knowledge related to kitchen equipment maintenance and appliance installation is highly desirable.
- Experience working with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures in a commercial or industrial environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
- Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and problem-solving initiatives are a plus.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
