Job description:
R.W. Engineering & Surveying, Inc. is looking for highly motivated individuals to assist us in expanding our growing business.
We are currently seeking a Land Surveying Technician
The position duties:
- Preferred applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of Land Surveying experience, schooling or have worked in the construction industry.
- Will work under the immediate supervision and direction of the Land Surveying Crew Chief.
- Applicant will perform fieldwork tasks related to construction, boundaries, and mapping requirements of land surveying projects.
- Perform fieldwork including adjusting and operating instruments, compiling notes and making sketches.
- Operational knowledge of land surveying instruments such as total stations levels, and GPS.
- Uploads and downloads land surveying data and maintains related records.
- Must be highly motivated individual.
- Construction surveying experience a plus.
