St. Karas Rehab Services | Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | $140–$160 per hour
St. Karas Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide pediatric home care services throughout New York. We're looking for a compassionate, motivated therapist who is passionate about helping children build the skills they need for daily independence — from fine motor coordination to sensory processing and self-care.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services in the home setting
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic strategies
- Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications
- Active or eligible New York State Occupational Therapy License (OTR)
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
